1) speak the truth in a good way
2) help community member’s most in need, in a non-judgmental way
3) let police do policing
4) encourage Chief and Council to be leaders first, not politicians
5) make consistent and better use of Indigenous Restorative Justice Programs
6) have the courts adhere to Anishinaabe Law – rather than constantly imposing colonial laws
7) develop a Non-Political Anishinaabe based Indigenous Territory Justice System
8) form a diverse group of Territory Elder’s as the gate keepers of the First Nations
9) provide better support for community “front-line” family, and crisis workers
10) add additional key, and important support staff
11) secure Health Canada Medical Marijuana products to fill the want and or need for illicit drugs
12) develop addiction eradication land-based programming in every individual FN community
13) develop a sovereign addictions eradication program, that includes preventative health protocols
14) provide safe houses for the most in need, and not just shelters
15) provide affordable housing to the Territory’s most vulnerable
16) make First Nations inaccessible to unwanted, and unknown individuals
17) impose hefty fines on drug dealers caught selling illicit drugs
18) ensure fines are paid immediately, with no exceptions, escorting all offender’s off the First Nation
19) revoke Band Membership of member’s known as illicit drug dealer’s
20) assign Community Trespass Notices, and issue immediately to unwanted non-member visitors
21) following the issuance of trespassing notice, have APS evict unwanted visitors immediately
22) bring in professionally trained police dogs to sniff out illicit drugs
23) add First Nations’ employee drug testing procedures
24) start to raise revenues for an Anishinaabek Territory Healing Centre
25) tighten up citizenship code, add much stricter citizenship clauses
26) provide Active, and Listening Awareness protocols that focus on both prevention & awareness
27) ensure all community member’s feel welcome to attend meetings, with zero judgement
28) create and develop secure First Nation “gated” communities
29) develop a transparent Territory Nation to Nation Communications Channel
30) develop an alternative addictions eradication strategy aimed to help the most in need
31) generate Corporate Canada donation revenues streams in support of addiction eradication programs and products, create land-based Healing Programming, stock community food banks, and lend support to Elder’s Groups, kids sports, and creative arts
32) Chief & Council & Band Management to provide Member’s with financial literacy programs
33) develop a Territory Grassroots Comprehensive Community Action Plan
